Located in Rio Tavares, a laid-back neighbourhood in the south of Florianópolis, our villa offers a great base to experience the island beyond its beaches. Known for its local surf culture, independent cafés and relaxed atmosphere, Rio Tavares combines a more local feel with easy access to nearby surf spots and the beaches of Campeche.
With its swimming pool and warm, welcoming atmosphere, the house is ideally located to explore a Ilha Mágica.

Skateboarding Culture
Skateboarding is part of Florianópolis' DNA. Beyond its world-class surf, the island is home to a thriving skate scene, with incredible skateparks and a passionate local community. During your stay, you'll enjoy two beginner-friendly skate lessons, giving you the chance to discover another iconic board sport while immersing yourself in the local lifestyle.
